About me

Over the past ten years, I’ve built revenue engines and teams, sold software, founded a company, invested in startups & funds, and worked alongside some of the most ambitious teams in B2B technology.

I joined Algolia as employee #11 and the second member of the business team, helping build and scale the company’s global revenue engine from $0.8M to $65M ARR.

I then joined Datadog, where I deepened my experience in enterprise sales and learned how world-class sales organizations operate at scale.

After leaving Datadog, I founded Terality, a data-processing engine for data scientists. We raised close to $2M in seed funding, grew the team to eight people, and served hundreds of users.

Since early 2022, I’ve focused on helping SaaS founding teams accelerate their growth by improving their sales and go-to-market strategy and execution.

In 2024, I joined the founders of poolside.ai full-time to help build the company’s GTM motion and support its $500M Series B.

I left poolside at the end of 2024, once the team was in place, to return to what I wanted to focus on most: working directly with founders to build and improve their GTM and sales systems.
